This is not only very convenient, since people almost constantly have their phones on them, but it also means people can learn of job leads instantly, from anywhere, and respond faster than on their laptop or desktop computers. These job seekers are technology savvy, wired types who know what they want and how to go after it. Studies suggest those qualities would also make them great employees.
